BESH.fun is a live-first community platform that may include livestream rooms, chat, creator pages, discovery feeds, and interactions such as following, messaging, and gifting. Some features may be experimental and may change over time.

You are responsible for the content you post, stream, upload, send, or otherwise make available (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant BESH a license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Live content is real-time and unpredictable. You agree that streams and chats may be moderated (automatically and/or by humans). We may remove content or restrict features if content violates policies or harms the community.
You understand that using live features may expose you to content you find offensive or upsetting.
The Service may include digital items (e.g., “gifts”, “diamonds”, “corn”, “points”) and creator support features. Digital items may not be redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated, may have restrictions, and may be subject to fees, conversion rates, minimums, and regional availability.
We want BESH.fun to feel safe, respectful, and fun. Community guidelines apply to usernames, thumbnails, live content, comments, and DMs. Repeated violations may result in strikes, limitations, or removal.
Do not upload or stream content you don’t own or have permission to use. We may remove content upon notice and may suspend repeat infringers.

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm others, or risk the integrity of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will always be available. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BESH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
